Something That Makes Me Happy

Trying new recipes! I got to try a few new ones while Mom, Dad, Andrea, & Maddie were visiting: Stuffed Tomatoes, Risotto, Pithivier, Mexican Casserole... My favorite of those was Stuffed Tomatoes. I saw a recipe online and changed it up a bit, and the tomatoes were awesome. Both hot off the grill, and as cold leftovers. Definitely something I'll make again and again.

Thanks for the grill, Mom & Dad! We've already used it twice, and it's opened up a whole new cooking world to me. :)
