Plum Tarts



I used my Peach Pie recipe for these.  Instead of peaches, I used plums (8 or so).  I chopped them up, skin still on, and it made enough filling for 12 tarts and 1 mini-pie.  They were so good that I'm going to try a full plum pie next!
